Featuring: Marie Nunez and Phillip Ruffu

Background: This was the first short story I ever wrote. In my eighth grade year, I was taking Algebra-1. Phillip Ruffu, or Roofoo as most know him by, was in my Algebra class. I was bored at the end of a test, so I wrote something stupid about cheese at the end of it. Phillip was done by the time I went to go print out my test, so he came with me.
When I printed it out, he read what I'd written at the bottom of the page and thought it was hillarious. He said I should write a story about him and his then girl friend, Marie. I told him I probably couldn't tie a story about cheese and the two of them together. But he persisted and said it'd be cool if I wrote a horror story, and thusly I did.
